Mission
HRPLSC’s mission is to promote a culture of respect for human rights, build sustainable peace based on social justice and facilitate transitional justice in the mid-far western regions in Nepal.

Vision
HRPLSC envisions a just, peaceful, democratic and prosperous society.

Goal
HRPLSC aims to enable ordinary people to assert their basic human rights and to make the State accountable to respect, protect and fulfill all human rights of all individuals and group against its obligation created by national constitution and international human rights and humanitarian laws.
