HRPLSC will always be adamant to its values and principles. As in past, the HRPLSC is confident that it will never compromise with its values and principles even in adverse situation. HRPLSC is guided and inspired by following values and principles:

    Human rights, peace and justice: Central of HRPLSC’s work.
    Believes in non discrimination in terms of gender, caste, religion and any other form
    Takes side of victims of human rights violation and people whose justice is denied.
    Respects on transparency and accountability.
    Respects for gender equity and diversity. (GESI)
    Maintains political impartiality.
    Inclusion and democratic practices.
    Rights holders as the leader and owner of the processes to make a difference in their lives and dignity
