Home > Coaching class conducted to marginalized Women for

 Human right Protection and Legal Service Center (HRPLSC) implemented public commission service preparation classes for women in Banke and Bardiya district. The two months long free training was focused on the subject matters of the examination of Public service of Nepal and was the support to the women candidates for the preparation of Public commission examination and the program has financially supported UN Women and Search for Common Ground.
 The project has set its objectives to implement the 1325 and 1820 articles focus on women, peace and security. The project has also focused to increase the role of women in peace building and mainstreaming gender equality. In this way, HRPLSC developed the capacity of women by providing them free public commission preparation classes and develop knowledge on the subject matters. A total of 122 women candidates have participated in the preparation classes and all the candidates have been filled up the form for Kharidar and Nayab Subba ( clerk ). The program was organized jointly with District Development committee Banke, Karmachari Milan Kendra Banke. 
The preparation classes was organized from 2070 chaitra 10 in Bardiya district and a total of 42 women candidates were participated in assistant clerk and clerk level classes. HRPLSC has finalized the candidates' names in the joint team of Women and children Office, District Development Office and District Administrative Office. According to the prioritization of conflict victims and minorities such as dalit and ethnic, the 40 participants were selected. The classes was run for 2 month and 2 hours a day in the morning sessions
